Faith Emery

Faith completed her medical training at St Bartholomew’s & The Royal London School of Medicine and Dentistry. Faith began her paediatric training in Eastern deanery, spending time at Adenbrookes hospital, Cambridge. She then moved to Great Ormond Street Hospital, London, gaining specialist experience in gastroenterology, metabolic medicine and endocrinology, before moving to complete her specialist registrar training within the Oxford deanery. She has developed a passion for neonatology and has secured a national training grid position within Oxford. Currently her time is divided between clinical responsibilities, paediatric clinical lecturing and research within the Paediatric and infant Pain & Anaesthesia group (PiPA).

Faith’s research interests include the investigation of auditory processing in infants at different developmental stages and how this relates to other sensory processing, in particular, the processing of noxious stimuli.
